• Any organization and enterprises that doing business in China is qualified
• Free participate in the selection of “China STAFF Awards”
• The deadline for nomination is at 17:00 pm on August 30th, 2011
• The deadline for participating in the election of the awards is at 17:00 pm on October, 31st, 2011
• All information must be made in normal English or Chinese. The committee has the right to reject applications fail to meet this requirement
• Incomplete information may lead to invalid nomination or application.

• The third party on behalf of eligible customers (consultants, trainers, etc) shall obtain the customer’s prior consent before the applications.
• Any confidential information must be clearly marked by the applicants. The committee do not return the submitted material and has right to disclose applicant’s non-confidential information for writing in awarding or after awarding under appropriate circumstances.
• The decision of the jury is final.
• Winners may be invited to be interviewed, or attend media events or related public activities after awards.
• Awards can not be exchanged for cash
• Applicants shall fill in the formal application form according to the corresponding category
• IMPORTANT: Applicants must answer several questions in the “assessment” part of the application form, so as to explain their reasons for applying the awards. Do not mention your organization name or key personnel’s (such as HR director or CEO) names while filling out the “assessment” part, for the jury members will examine and verify the “anonymous” forms. You can call your organization as the “Company” anonymously, or the key person as “Director” or “CEO”.
• Supporting documents: Applicants can provide relevant and necessary documents to prove how the success of HR project contributes to the overall business performance, and two copies of reviews written by customers or key stakeholders.
• The information provided by participated enterprises, including performance figures and projects must be effective in the past 12 months and in China territory or initiated by Chinese organizations. Foreign or global performance juries only regard the information as a reference.
• Applicants must submit an electronic document and supporting documentation of application form (if it is scanned, please make sure the texts are clear and readable) to: chinastaffawards@cchchina.com.cn
• Related information must be submitted before 17:00 pm on October 31st, 2011, based on the confirmation of CCH. CCH will reply within 24 hours after receiving the nomination letter. If you did not receive the confirmation letter, please call for inquiry.
• The evaluation of six awards of Annual Best Service Provider (including three categories, total of eight awards) will consist of two parts: qualified nominees reconsidered by the jury members after the close of nominations on August 30th, 2011 will start public voting in the CSA official website(http://www.chinastaffawards.com) on September 1st, 2011. the deadline of internet voting is on October, 31st, 2011, and the voting result will account for 30% of the final assessment, and the jury score 70%.
• A committee consisting of senior HR professionals, academics and business leaders will evaluate the applications, voluntarily.
• Additional information provided by stakeholders/customer testimony will be presented with the supporting documents for approval.
• Jury members will review all applications so as to determine the final list under special circumstances, especially categories with a large number of categories
• Applicants may be required to provide additional materials to supplement the application data so as to help the jury members better understanding the applicants’ situation.
• Entrusted by the jury members, the committee will send the additional questions raised by jury member to applicants via e-mails.
• Applicants will be informed of the new deadline within two working days after the secondary meeting held by jury member.
• Subsequently, the jury members will hold a meeting to review additional information to decide the final winners.
• The list of winners will be announced in the Award Ceremony of “China STAFF Awards”.
